The FulPhill Company is a youth empowerment company focused on helping youth fulfill their purpose in life by dealing with social and emotional challenges that prevent them from realizing their individual purpose: racial/social injustice, bullying, low self-esteem, fear, handling failure, self-esteem, depression, unbelief, lack of confidence in self, trauma, etc. The vision of the FulPhill company was birthed from Phill’s lifelong passion to help youth in various capacities from serving as a youth leader in church to sitting on numerous nonprofit youth organizations with a variety of focuses. Born and raised in Boston, MA, Phillip uses his personal and professional experiences to impact and shift the lives of youth ages 12 & up.
